● After installation and debugging, customers may want to check and confirm that the goods are in compliance with the provisions of the contract as well as the technical documentation in the aspects of the innovation level, quality performance, technical indicators and random assignment. After confirming acceptance of the full technical documentation, customers can sign on the installation and inspection reports to confirm Acceptance.
● In the course of utilization of apparatuses, customers can turn to our after-sales service personnel for consultation on technical issues at any time. Our company will arrange for a live training or remote guidance according to the actual situation.
● For our apparatuses sold, we provide a three-year free maintenance service from the date of acceptance (Artificial damage and improper to be an exception).
● A lifetime maintenance service for apparatuses, if requested, may charge a modest additional amount according to the actual situation.
● Upon receiving a written trouble report, our company will respond within 24 hours, and will do our possible to provide best solutions in time.
